The finance in informal market is twice big as the formal market. Client information is important on Brazil bureau to provide only positive or negative information of the customer. Training are giving basic knowledge and importance of personal grooming to their employees. The role of technology at Casas Bahia is within the three guiding principle: productivity, low-cost operations and client satisfaction. Casas Bahia faces long term plan for success.
